Sustainability is a key part of Matrix’s corporate strategy, managed by the Sustainability Committee. Led by Dato’ Haji Mohamad Haslah bin Mohamad Amin, this committee, which includes members from all business units, oversees sustainability efforts. The committee update the Board regularly on performance, important issues, and planned actions, and ensure that sustainability initiatives are effectively monitored and implemented.

We have set ambitious goals and priorities across each ESG dimension and identified 23 key material matters crucial for driving excellence in our ESG performance.

Our framework also aligns with 7 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are dedicated to implementing strategies that will position us as a leader in the real estate sector.

There is an increase of solar energy generated year-on-year of 9.07% as the panels achieved its optimum capacity of productivity.

Promoting sustainability with eco-enzyme initiatives involves using natural processes to enhance environmental health and sustainability. The initiatives centred around eco-enzyme aim to reduce waste, improve environmental quality, and support eco-friendly practices. The eco-enzyme were poured into the Carnelion Park pond in Bandar Sri Sendayan to revive the eco-systems in the pond.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, a leading player in the property development and investment sector, is spearheading the push towards sustainable transportation through its innovative Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Hub initiative. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to fostering green mobility and supporting the global transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions.

Matrix has generously contributed RM1,000,000 towards the construction of a community hall for the People’s Project in Bandar Sri Sendayan. Scheduled for completion by 2026, the hall will serve as a venue for activities aimed at fostering stronger neighbourhood connections.

The Matrix Duathlon, Negeri Sembilan’s inaugural duathlon event, drew more than a thousand participants, including both local and international athletes.

Supplying school essentials and nutritional meals for an entire academic year to 129 students from different schools.

Team building involves activities and strategies designed to improve teamwork, strengthen relationships, and enhance overall group performance. Effective team building activities promote collaboration, boost morale, and align team members towards shared objectives.
